In the style of the traditional country house the inspiration for the form of this house came from the Fredrick Thatcher church across the river. The interior style and planning though is all modern, open plan, with a large farm-style kitchen and mezzanine family room. Carefully designed to maximize the sun and views and to shelter from the cold winds.

  • Winter has officially ended and we are now hoping the weather gods have taken notice. Despite the (self induced) gloom in some sections of the economy and construction in particular, there appears to be no slackening in the demand for our services. Clevedon is set to explode with Watercare signing up to have sewerage ready by April 2020. Clevedon Cares, a local intuitive, with aims to develop Clevedon in a stylish way along the lines of Matakana and Hobsonville, have done great work establishing design guidelines for buildings and putting bridal/ walking and cycling paths around the township. We are set for an exciting 2019, 2020 and beyond.
