The year is rapidly disappearing on us and winter is here. We are currently working on many different and interesting projects from an inner city office fitout in a heritage building to several new houses both in the city and the country. We have just started work on a unique project, importing and re erecting a rustic barn from the USA. First built in 1780 it has recently been disassembled and is waiting shipment. When re erected here it will have a new external shell and probably be the oldest pakeha building in NZ. See some photos of the huge timbers in our Residential Projects. If you are considering building your own new home or altering the one you are in next summer now is the time to act. Design should not be rushed and consent will probably take longer than either you or your designer would like.
